During his service in the Air Force, the Director managed cases filed by civilian employees in the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) and Hon'ble High Courts across various states, as well as cases filed by Air Veterans in local courts, Motor Accident Claims Tribunals (MACT), and higher judicial forums. Additionally, we handle land disputes at various forums, including the Hon'ble High Courts and the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. The Director, having acquired an LL.M. in Constitutional Law, is well-versed in drafting and filing Writs, Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), and Review Applications. Under Constitutional Law, his expertise covers the judicial review of administrative actions, defining the scope of 'State' against which writs lie, and understanding how the Hon'ble Supreme Court has expanded writ jurisdiction. He is highly knowledgeable about the difference between the powers of the Hon'ble High Courts under Article 226 and the Hon'ble Supreme Court under Article 32. Our scope of practice includes fundamental constitutional concepts such as Fundamental Rights, the principles of Natural Justice, and constitutional bodies like the Election Commission and the Supreme Court. Furthermore, we represent clients in disputes involving archaic laws such as the Works of Defence Act, 1903, which restricts land usage around defense installations but often fails to satisfy constitutional sanctity.
